Quotes
Prices shown in the Free Quote are standard or starting prices for normal residential conditions. Your quote is not a contract. Final pricing is confirmed before cleaning begins and may change based on size, condition, material, pet contamination, specialty stains, accessibility, or other conditions found during inspection.
Minimum service charge
Every appointment is subject to a minimum service charge, which is shown clearly in your Free Quote.
Service requests
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Requested dates and time windows are preferences only. SASTAR will contact you to confirm availability and details.
Results and limitations
Cleaning results depend on carpet and fabric condition. Some stains have permanently altered fibers, and severe pet urine contamination can reach carpet backing, padding, and subfloor, so complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed through standard cleaning. Drying times vary with carpet type, humidity, airflow, and soil level.
