What to expect when we clean
A short, plain-language summary of how a SASTAR cleaning appointment works.
Service authorization
The customer authorizes SASTAR to enter the areas of the property necessary to perform the requested cleaning service.
Cleaning solutions & equipment
Professional cleaning may involve cleaning solutions, spot-treatment products, water, extraction equipment, hoses, agitation equipment, air movers, and other appropriate professional cleaning tools.
Property access
The customer agrees to provide reasonable and safe access to the requested cleaning areas, and should secure pets before the appointment.
Pre-existing conditions
Please let SASTAR know about known damage, delicate materials, unusual stains, previous chemical treatments, loose carpet, damaged seams, fragile furniture, or other relevant conditions.
Stains & odors
SASTAR will make reasonable professional cleaning efforts, but complete removal of every stain or odor cannot be guaranteed. Severe pet contamination may extend into carpet backing, padding, or subfloor.
Quotes & final pricing
Online quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before cleaning begins and may change based on actual size, condition, material, contamination, accessibility, or additional requested services.
Customer approval
If final pricing materially differs from your online quote, we will let you know and get your approval before cleaning begins.
