Yes. Commercial pre-vacuuming is part of every standard carpet cleaning. Removing dry soil first is what allows the hot-water extraction step to work properly.

How long does carpet take to dry?

Drying time varies based on carpet type, humidity, airflow in the home, soil level, and the conditions during cleaning. We use dry extraction passes and air movers when appropriate to speed things up, but we do not promise an exact drying time.

We can usually move smaller, easily moved items so we can clean beneath them. Heavy, fragile, or electronic items are left in place and we clean around them. Clearing small items ahead of time helps us work efficiently.

Can you remove every stain?

Everyday spot treatment is included with standard carpet cleaning, and specialty stain treatment is available for things like red dye, gum, grease, or rust. Some stains have permanently altered the carpet fiber, so no honest cleaner can promise that every stain will fully disappear.

Yes. Localized pet stain and odor treatment can be added to your Free Quote. Heavy urine contamination can penetrate carpet backing, padding, and the subfloor, so it requires an in-person inspection and a custom quote — and complete odor removal cannot always be guaranteed with standard carpet cleaning.
